We believe postpartum care is just as important as prenatal care. Our comprehensive postpartum support is designed to care for both mom and baby, ensuring a smooth transition into this new chapter of life.
Our Postpartum Care Schedule
To provide thorough care and support, we offer:
A home visit at 24 hours postpartum (staff will travel within 60 minutes)
In-office visits at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 6 weeks postpartum
Each visit lasts 90 minutes, allowing us to provide dedicated, personalized care for both you and your baby.
What’s Included in Our Care:
24-Hour Home Visit
We bring expert care to your home within the first 24 hours after birth, offering:
✔ Newborn hearing screening
✔ Heart screening
✔ PKU (newborn metabolic screening)
✔ Bilirubin check (to assess for jaundice)
✔ Weight check
If your baby shows signs of jaundice, we can treat jaundice at home using a biliBed, allowing your baby to stay comfortably at home while receiving the necessary care.
Ongoing Postpartum Support
Our continued postpartum visits provide:
✔ Monitoring mom’s recovery and well-being
✔ Newborn weight checks and development assessments
✔ Lactation support to help with breastfeeding challenges
✔ Contraception counseling to discuss family planning options
We are here to support you through every stage of postpartum recovery, ensuring you and your baby receive the highest level of care.
